So you couldn't find the wild yam root in your local grocery store? That's where we come in. Small quantities -- usually by the ounce -- of herbs and resins. We also have a collection of other items such as mortar and pestles, incense, and a precious celtic treasure box.

To help you make the best decisions, we provide you with medicinal, folklore, as well as ritual related information on herbs and accessories. Let's take just a moment on the subject of "common sense..."

If it is reported that an herb has been proven to be effective in lowering cholesterol, then perhaps it is worth further investigation on your part if you have a cholesterol problem. Make no mistake, however, herbs can be very dangerous, even deadly. Some herbs, such as wormwood, are unsafe to simply burn; therefore it goes without saying that the precaution of being well-informed about an herb's properties and possible side-effects is the first step to take before ever considering using an herb for anything other than ritual purposes. The herbs we offer are accurately identified by their common and Latin botanical names. It is outside the scope of any single source to provide all the information available on any given herb, and the purpose here is to provide interesting facts and notes on all aspects of various herbs; whether they be of a ritual, medicinal, or historical nature.

It is your responsibility to maintain perspective in using the items and information we offer. Just as most can attest to the power of prayer, the same can be said for the power of any other focused ritual. Along those same lines, if we have a caption stating that wrapping a $100 bill around a magnet and sleeping with it under your pillow will draw money to you, it is unlikely that you would quit your job as soon as you had your magnet snuggled under your pillow. So although it should go without saying...
